Although crucial in the start-up phase, business models need to be changed and adapted over time as business environments and markets are constantly changing. This unit explores the design of business models, their components. Students in this unit will gain the skills to critically examine business models and how to apply them.

Students should have completed ENT101 and ENT102 before enrolling into this unit.
