| This unit, designed for students with little prior knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, builds on the proficiency achieved in Chinese Language (Mandarin) 1, widens its scope and enhances students' appreciation of the Chinese language (Mandarin). Students learn fundamental oral and written conversation that is designed to guide them to achieve a basic level of proficiency learning the rudiments of writing Hanzi characters (150 - 200 characters). |
