| This unit will encourage students to explore their own culturally embedded values, beliefs, and practices. Students will be expected to develop an understanding of how culture impacts the way we work and how we can work more under a construct of cultural safety. Through this exploration, students will further develop a deeper understanding of how personal and professional attitudes, values and power impact on how students work when providing health care and social services in different settings. |
