This unit will provide students with an understanding of communication practices and theories in business. This unit will include information about the work culture in general and the use of basic skills like interaction within a group or organisation, letter/email writing, attending meetings, report writing and business presentations.

This unit is only available to students enrolled in YIBST1 Diploma of Business Studies OR YINTI1 Diploma of Information Teachnology.
