This unit provides students with communication and nutrition education skills required to support nutrition related behavioural change. Students will learn techniques for interviewing, counselling, and group education, including the use of technology and innovations to support behavioural change. Ethical issues and working in multi-disciplinary professional teams will be addressed.
This unit includes 5 days of online workshops that are interspersed throughout the semester.
