Unit Description

Have you experienced a great presentation? What makes that presentation so successful? Are you ready to give a great presentation? This unit is about how to boost and enhance your presentation skills. You will learn how to prepare and deliver an effective presentation through practice activities. By the end of this unit, you will be ready to give a short presentation (10 to 15 minutes) to your peers.

Unit Learning Outcomes

1.	Identify relevant, credible information sources for the chosen presentation topic
2.	Support an argument or explanation by incorporating credible information sources
3.	Organise content in the presentation plan and/or the presentation for effective communication
4.	Adapt the content for a target audience in the presentation plan and the presentations
5.	Deliver an effective presentation to the audience through skilful use of verbal, non-verbal, and visual communication strategies
