This unit will build on students' knowledge of clinical skills in Paramedicine, allowing them to strengthen experience developing and applying skills in a 'real-life' setting under the supervision of practicing Paramedics. This will be the second placement a work integrated learning setting. Whilst supervised you will be exposed to patients in a pre-hospital environment, which is critical in developing skills.
Students will be required to complete 240 hours of placement through St John Ambulance within the Northern Territory.
