A significant component of work carried out in humanities, social science, policy, creative art and design is done so in environments of social and cultural diversity. In this unit students are involved in practical and sustained engagement within an intercultural context. Through this engagement, students will develop important skills and knowledge about themselves, the socio-cultural opportunities and constraints they live with and ways in which to engage in generative and productive interactions with people from different social and cultural heritages.
