The unit develops students' skills and confidence in academic literacy and communication, including the structures, language and grammar required to effectively communicate in specific contexts and for specific purposes. Through exploring the topic of sustainability, students develop their language and literacy, critical thinking, reading, research and writing skills. Students will put these skills into practice by exploring the multidisciplinary topic of sustainability through a range of text types and reading and writing about a specific sustainability issue.
This unit is only available to students enrolled in YIBST1 Diploma of Business Studies OR YINTI1 Diploma of Information Teachnology.
