Unit Description

This unit will equip the students with the necessary knowledge, skills, tools, techniques and strategies to negotiate effectively and resolve the dispute. This unit covers topics such as managing the negotiation process, managing negotiations in the workplace, managing business negotiations, conflict management and strategies for resolving conflict.

Unit Learning Outcomes

1.	Apply the best negotiation and dispute resolution practices to achieve the project goals.
2.	Use effective communication methods and problem-solving skills to manage conflicts.
3.	Exercise responsible, ethical and professional practices in negotiation and dispute resolution.
4.	Critically evaluate and synthesize research to contribute to the theory and practice of negotiation and dispute resolution.
