- A maximum of 100 credit points may be taken from 100 level units.
- A minimum of 60 credit points must be taken from 300 level units or above.

If course commenced prior to 2023:
No more than 20 credit points shall be counted with a grade of "PC" in a Bachelor AQF Level 7 course award and no more than 10 credit points at "PC" may be received at the highest level of the program of learning.

Students who have NOT completed the common units and the Specialist Elective, it is strongly recommended you transfer to the new course WMIDW2.
Students who have completed only one of the common units, CUC107 or CUC100 it is recommend you transfer to WMIDW2. Although credit may be lost you will be completing the degree within the most current program.
Students who have completed one common unit and HSC220, follow the below instructions to complete WMIDW1.
Students who have completed BOTH of the common units, CUC107 and CUC100, follow the below instructions to complete WMIDW1.

MID101 has been replaced by MID111. Students that have completed MID101 should not complete MID111.
MID102 has been replaced by MID121. Students that have completed MID102 should not complete MID121.
SWK102 has been replaced by NUR132. Students that have completed SWK102 should not complete NUR132.
HSC203 (new unit code HSC133 in 2024) has been replaced by MID213. Students that have completed HSC203 should not complete MID213. Students that have not completed HSC203 should not complete HSC133 and should complete MID213.
MID201 has been replaced by MID210. Students that have completed MID201should not complete MID210.
MID202 has been replaced by MID211. Students that have completed MID202 should not complete MID211.

Students that have not completed either HSC220 or PSY202 and the Specialist Elective should complete MID110 and MID120.

Students who have not completed SWK102 and the specialist elective:
> RN's must complete MID112 Midwifery Practice for RNs.
> All other students must complete NUR132 Communication for Person-Centred Practice by end of their course and complete and specialist elective from WMIDW1 specialist elective offering by the end of 2025.
Students who have completed SWK102 and have not completed a specialist elective must complete a specialist elective from WMIDW1 specialist elective offering by end of 2025.
