To ensure you have the right skills and support to succeed in your course, a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy (LLND) evaluation helps identify any areas where you may need additional support to help you achieve your goals.
To gain entry into UEE40420 Certificate IV in Electrical - Instrumentation, candidates require:
- Completion of a 3rd year apprenticeship in UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology
OR
- Hold an unrestricted A-Grade Electrical License
Students holding the UEE30811 Certificate III in Electrotechnology - Electrician will need to be transitioned to the UEE30820 Certificate III in Electrotechnology - Technician prior to entry into the UEE40420 Certificate IV in Electrical - Instrumentation via a combination of credit transfer, gap analysis and RPL conducted by the VET lecturers.
Students are to present a copy of their current qualifications to determine eligibility.
