Accreditation
This is a non-award course and a Statement of Attainment will be issued for nationally recognised units of competency successfully completed.

Locations and Study Mode
Delivery at all locations is subject to sufficient demand and resources.

Locations: Alice Springs, Katherine, Palmerston, Nhulunbuy, Remote

Study Mode: On campus

Subject to demand other locations and modes may become available throughout the year.

Entry Requirements Domestic

There are no formal entry requirements for these units. However, students will need to demonstrate an appropriate level of language, literacy, and numeracy skills to undertake this course.

A Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy (LLND) evaluation helps identify any areas where you may need additional support to help you achieve your goals.

Required Resources

Students will have access to training environments, including at Charles Darwin University, Palmerston and Alice Springs Campus training kitchen, canteens, and food preparation areas.
