Unit Description

This unit builds continues the project developed in NUR601 Nursing Project 1. Continuing their chosen area of interest students will develop the resources that are required to implement the project including strategies to engage key stakeholders, implementation plans and the development of evaluation tools. This unit prepares students to implement and undertake their project and supports students with reporting requirements for quality and safety improvement.

Unit Learning Outcomes

1.	Critically reflect on their projects ability to effect positive change in their area of practice.
2.	Appraise and assess the resources required to commence and implement the identified project.
3.	Negotiate with key stakeholders to create engagement and support for the projects across the implementation process.
4.	Investigate suitable evaluation opportunities and strategies required across the stages of the project implementation.
5.	Critically reflect on the learning and professional growth that has occurred across the project designed to enhance the practice in their area of specialisation.
