Unit Catalogue

This unit covers the Australian curriculum area of Digital Technologies incorporating curriculum, achievement standards, skills development and progression, and pedagogical approaches. Preservice teachers will develop content knowledge of digital technologies, including coding, to become equipped to teach digital technologies in primary schools. They will use critical and creative thinking, computational thinking, and systems thinking to design and implement digital learning experiences for students. Assessment and feedback strategies will be considered to support and evaluate student learning.
