Unit Description

This unit is designed to guide students through to the completion of a health discipline focused research project and compilation of a written thesis that represents a significant contribution to knowledge in the relevant discipline. Students will work with their supervisor to develop discussion chapters and finalise the thesis. Key study areas include developing the discussion chapter, practice implications, thesis formatting, and writing for publication.

Unit Learning Outcomes

1.	Discuss and defend the research findings from both theoretical and practical perspectives.
2.	Compile the final coherent scholarly research thesis to inform the relevant health discipline.
3.	Communicate research findings and practice implications within an oral or written presentation to inform the relevant profession.
4.	Execute required project milestones including development of the discussion chapter, practice implications, and thesis formatting in a professional and timely manner.
