This unit promotes students to advance their clinical reasoning and leadership to enhance quality of life through critical evaluation and synthesis of evidence-informed care. You will explore and critique current research on complex acute and chronic conditions affecting older adults and their families. Using an integrated health and person-family centred care model, you will assess, implement, and evaluate best practices in aged care while promoting dignity in health care decisions.
