| This unit consolidates student's knowledge by integrating all the major divisions of the pathology laboratory to provide integrated, holistic, positive diagnostic outcomes for society. It expands on the student's knowledge by discussing aspects of laboratory, accreditation and management. Furthermore, students will develop an appreciation of the wider profession by introducing concepts of ethics in human experimentation and discuss career paths for medical laboratory scientists.
