| This unit is a continuation of Pediatric Audiology I - audiological clinical assessment and management for children under 5 years of age. Students will learn about multi-frequency audiometry, wideband absorbance, best practice in the management of otitis media in First Nations communities, and assessment and management of auditory processing disorders. Students will acquire the clinical decision-making skills needed to select and administer appropriate assessment tests in children, interpret findings, and make appropriate management and referral decisions. Students will be expected to attend 5 days of face-to-face learning on campus as part of their learning for this unit.
