Unit Description

In this unit students will address a professional practice problem through a scientific inquiry, using the knowledge acquired and proposal developed in HEA572 Applied Health Project A. The project aims to formulate a solution for a chosen practice problem from the student's own area in health care. Dissemination and validity of results, followed by the process of implementation and evaluation of their project, will be discussed in this unit.

The Perth and North Melbourne locations are only available to International students. Special Enrolment is required through eForms for these locations.

Unit Learning Outcomes

1.	Explain and justify choice of theory and method related to a topic.
2.	Assess current literature, on a topic related to professional practice, and communicate the results in a systematic way.
3.	Present, conclude and defend results from a project including probable impact and evaluation on practices in health care.
